Steve Williams, Owner
Steve was born and raised in Nashville and even played basketball for Belmont University (many moons ago). He has truly climbed the ladder during his thirty-year tenure in the insurance industry—beginning as an agent trainee, to producer, manager, and for the past seventeen years, Owner and Principal Agent of Williams Insurance Group. Steve is a longtime member of the Insurors of Tennessee, certified by the Life Underwriter Training Council, and owner of a Trusted Choice agency. He enjoys family time and walks with his wife, DeDe, and four-legged child, Owen (a brindle Cairn Terrier and unofficial office mascot).
Travis Williams, Co-Owner
Travis joined the agency in May 2013 upon graduating summa cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University. Travis received a B.B.A. in Finance with an Insurance Concentration while minoring in Business Administration. He was also Vice President of Finance for the Gamma Iota Sigma insurance fraternity. Whether it’s home, auto, life, or business insurance, he can lead you through the pricing ploys to make sure you understand your options and get the best coverage possible. When he’s not behind the desk, Travis is usually at the gym, testing local restaurants, or sharing a beer and a good time with friends and family.
Lisa Leiderman, Director of Client Services
Lisa, a Chattanooga native, moved to the Spring Hill area with her husband, Richard, in 2006. She has career experience in Human Resources and Office Management but really found her home with Williams Insurance Group. For the past ten years, Lisa has worked with clients as a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR), building many great relationships along the way. You can call her “the real MVP”. When she’s not helping clients, Lisa enjoys tapping into her creative side by playing the piano and gardening.
Morgan Williams, Client Services Representative
Morgan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. She worked as an AEMT (Advanced Emergency Medical Technician) on an ambulance for seven years and helped people daily. Morgan maintains that helping mentality in her role at Williams Insurance Group. She greatly enjoys football season and relaxing with her coonhound, Neyland.
